I orderedthe Saba Shoyaki dinner entree which consisted on 1 fish, rice, and vegetables. My husband liked it a lot, I should have brought two plates since he does have a big appetite to be so small. For myself, I ordered the Bento Box Dinner which I got the Saba Shoyaki (half fish) and paid $2 dollars more for the teriyaki steak. Everthing was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. I will be ordering again from this restaurant in the near future.

It had been a quite a few years since I had Sushi Cafe and I'm very impressed. The Sake (Salmon) was so fresh and buttery! The Hamachi (Yellow Tail) was so flavorful. The Land Park roll was amazing too. Perfect amount of sauce and large shrimp tempura inside.

BBQ Pork Shoyu - the Pork was so tough it was almost impossible to cut with a steak knife. The mushrooms were so woody that I could not even cut them with the same steak knife. The tofu was good but had been scooped in by large serving spoon sized pieces. These were too big to be eaten without being cut into 4 pieces. Fortunately, the steak knife was able to be used successfully to accomplish this task. The soup was good; hence the the 2 Stars. No I would not re-order this!

The Freeport Roll was smaller than I anticipated as seen in the attached picture compared to the soy sauce packet. However, the flavors were good. I would not spend the $18 for this roll a second time.

LOVE Sushi Cafe! 💚
My favorites are the Freeport Roll which is frickin delicious and my favorite Unagi roll, and you can never go wrong with the Vegetable Tempura.
Plus gotta always get the Miso soup.
