• 25-03-04Food is great but to-go service is horrible. I order pickup here pretty often and they always either miss something in the order so I always have to check before I leave whether or not the order was correct because it's happened so many times.
I then ordered a bento box lunch special at doordash and they gave me the wrong order. I just got the chicken, rice & noodles not the whole bento box with the tempuras, gyoza and california roll. I called them and the lady on the phone was arguing that I ordered the dinner option. She was so rude. The order details from my end says I ordered a lunch bento box so there's no argument there.
It's unfortunate that this keeps happening. I really like the food but the customer service is really disappointing that they lost a customer because of it.

• 24-07-11Delivery Driver left a bag of a couple sushi rolls behind and the restaurant brought it to us! This is our favorite food for the area and sealed the deal aa best restaurant.
