The *Avocado Special was outstanding. I can't even explain the flavor and texture. I was also basic and ordered a California Roll and *Philadelphia Roll roll and they were everything I wanted. Fresh and delicious.

Gyoza was really good grilled thought theyd grill more than one side. What the heck is the sashimi because it looks NOTHING like picture there's not even rice or seaweed? The REM roll was good as well

I was going to rate this 4 stars, but I just got upcharged for substituting Cream Cheese for Cucumbers on the Salmonator roll. So I was charged extra just for asking for a simple substitution. First time a sushi restaurant has ever done that to me. I guess cucumbers are more expensive than cream cheese. Also, though their rolls are good with their sauces, their rice is substandard for sushi. It's barely seasoned, if at all. Sushi rice should be seasoned with a vinegar base. And the reason I wanted cucumbers is for texture. I noticed most of their rolls have none. This means the rolls will be mushy.

This is the best sushi place in the Rochester area and we love it. But if you want to order food be aware that you will have to order 1,5 hours in advance. Also, don't rely on the app for the wait time, just plan ahead.

Super fresh, texture was perfect, still had the heat from deep fry, loved it. I got two orders of the Sunday morning.
