We order from Swagat all the time and the food is amazing every time. Really delicious and good portion sizes.

My first time to order in Swagat India. I got completely ignored by the lady with glasses and tattoos on the arm and decided to serve the couple who came after me. No eye contact or greetings, the other customer even had to point out that I came in first. Was told to wait for 5-6mins so I left and came back after 12 minutes only to be ignored the second time around. I was standing right in front of the staff yet she decided to approach the customer who came after me. I wasn't even in a hurry, in fact I'm willing to wait. But the
lady staff put me off. Please acknowledge when some one comes in to your restaurant. Those little actions makes a huge impact. Your food might be good, but your customer interaction is beyond awful.
