Could not recommend this place higher. We went there with our family and the staff a really friendly. It's a family restaurant. Grandma cutting up veggies, the brother grilling out front of the restaurant and the sister in the kitchen and waiting tables. The food was so fresh and homemade. Real quality. Hard to believe there weren't that many people in there, but it was a Sunday. The parking lot/area isn't the best but once you're inside it's like being in a small European family restaurant. We will be back for sure. Also the DD markup for delivery isn't bad at all.

BBQ chicken didn't taste bbq at all. The chicken, hummus and salad were bland and the rice was oily. First and last time.

I’m not trying to be mean but this was the worst Armenian bbq I've ever had, what were these people thinking opening up a restaurant, this place will be closed in a few years maybe even less time. Flavorless bbq and undercooked, the pork was dangerously raw inside, I had to cook it more myself in the toaster oven, the whole dinner was ruined. The rice was filled with grease, nothing tasted good except the pickled vegetables. This was an embarassment to Armenian food and especially Armenian bbq. Smh! Whoever eats here who is not Armenian and thinks this is what Armenian bbq tastes like, well as an Armenian let me tell you that, it definitely is not!
