That tiramisu is quite overpriced to not be traditional and not a very big slice. It's not bad, I've just had better. Crème brûlée was quite tasty. Probably will try somewhere else next time I'm craving tiramisu.

For gluten-free options, this is really nice to have. Everything tasted great. I wanted cake and trying to find GF cake is rather difficult, and it was nice to have a rich but not overly so cake to have as an option and a nice sized slice for the price. The mouse was also excellent.

As usual, this cake was excellent. Since it's a gluten free pastry, I know from experience that getting these recipes right is tricky. To get it the right amount of "moist" without undercooking it & the right amount of "cooked" without drying it out & creating a mini Death Valley desert in your mouth. On top of that, it's made with cherries 🍒 - another cooking challenge to ensure that the cherry compote & icing don't end up tasting like cherry flavored cough syrup. I think anyone past the age of one knows exactly how unappetizing that is (if you're unsure, just ask your mom about the first time she gave it to you & you probably ruined some piece of clothing. Hopefully, she wasn't on the way to work or something like that. I'm also SURE you moms out there remember it! I sure do!) I believe when the very talented Baking Artists\Scientists Extraordinaire were looking @this one, I would venture to say that they looked @each other with a devil may care glint & said: "Challenge Accepted."

My husband is very picky about sweets but now he is memorizing your name for future business. The chocolate eclair was just what he needed after a rough day and my tiramisu slice was so flavorful and delicious.
