Drinks are always amazing coming from this place! I've been slowly trying all of them and each one is delicious. Got the Rose Lychee Butterfly and no complaints💕

My partner and I have been ordering from sweet sip for a long time now! I still remember my first time ordering there! We absolutely LOVE the specialty butterfly tea! I have been on a kick of their frappes lately! We'd highly recommend! I've never had one bad experience here! Always happy!

Was told there was no tapioca and had the chat closed before I could reply with alternative toppings.I was then told on the receipt tapioca isn't available until after 12:30, which was never communicated in the messages, otherwise I would've asked to hold the order until the tapioca was available. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea With Boba and Macarons. they called saying they were out of honey boba so I got the Crystal boba instead. they ended up giving me a different tea, which was the Black Milk Tea with Crystal boba although they said the crystal boba was what they would be substituting and didn't ask if they could substitute my tea. additionally the Dasher waited for over 40 minutes for my order and when it arrived the Macarons were cold and rock hard, and the crystal boba was grainy, old and had a weird texture. the black Black Milk Tea was very good but the cons outweighed the pros, Very disappointed 👎
