I was initially dissapointed by the sweet potatoes bc they were really cold and mushy by the time they arrived but they paired well with the sauce once I heated them up. The salad tasted pretty good and was big, I wouldn't recommend getting the spring mix in it though bc it was like a bunch of leaves, they were too big and hard to eat.

I used to work at the 4th St store in Santa Monica and this is not the standard I was taught when making an olo. The line on the paper bowl is meant to be where you fill the greens towards not all the toppings. Also I remember we had paper lids just like the bowl but now it's a plastic lid that caves in so you can limit how much you actually put into the salad. Kinda sucks when you pay 16 dollars for a salad and it's not filled to how much it could be.

Fresh, Flavorful, and Filling But the Packaging Could Be Better
I ordered one of the fresh protein bowls from Sweetgreen, and the taste definitely delivered fresh ingredients, great balance of flavor, and it left me feeling full without being heavy. I truly appreciate the clean, healthy vibe they always bring.
However, my bowl was left slightly open, and the packaging felt a bit rushed this time. That part could be improved especially with delivery or pickup orders. But I took a moment, said a prayer over my food, and enjoyed it with gratitude. 🙏🏽

Unfortunately the sweet Roasted Sweet Potatoes + Green Goddess Ranch side for about $5 is a very small portion not worth the cost. I have food allergies and tried to call the store after placing my order to ask them to be cautious, but there's no way to speak with anyone at sweetgreen - you get referred to endless automated messages or a customer service team that's closed after 5.
