I ordered a drink with "Extra, Extra Ice;" However, there was slightly less than 1/4 cup of ice in my drink. Plus, the drink's syrup was not mixed into the soda which resulted in a subpar flavor.
I order from Swig three to four days a week, and this is the first time I've been disappointed. I hope today's customer service is not Swig's new norm.

Love the drinks, and the pretzels and cookies are awesome, but avoid double dashing from here like the plague. This place is glacially slow for the dashers to pickup from. My main food order and the driver sat waiting on Swig for a good 20 minutes the last time I attempted this. Damaged the quality of hot food ordered and its unfair to the dashers. Time is money for them. They need some sort of priority pickup option for dashers.

Sugar cookie is decent, but not great. Better than Lofthouse, but it's missing some of that "je ne sais quoi" that would make it memorable or delicious. I like the dirt ball cookie, though, so I may order that in the future. But it's still nowhere near next-level amazing. I'll be generous and give them four stars instead of three.

We are here from out of town but heard great things about Swig. We ordered The Founder, Cherry Bomb, and an order of Salted Pretzel Bites. Unfortunately, we didnt care for any of the items we ordered. The drinks were too sweet and the cheese for the pretzes had no flavor and was very firm.
This may have just been our personal taste, as Swig has great reviews.
