Quality is great. Can't deny how tasty this place is. Just a little disappointed that in a dish where the SS1.Premium Hokkaido Scallops & Prawn Fried Rice prawns and scallops are meant to be the stars, I received two prawns and a couple of loosely chopped scallops. $25 for fried rice and two prawns.... yeah nah. SS3.Roasted Brown Sugar Matcha Milk Tea was also lacking any brown sugar flavour whatsoever. And no pearls :( which they did attach a note apologising for, but some sort of replacement/compensation would've been nicer than a note.

Everything was cold when it arrived even though we paid for express delivery.JC3.Lite - Chicken Katsu Curry Rice didn't come with the cucumber and egg like in the photo and the potato in the curry was hard.A07.Snack Platter was barely warm and unsalted. Very poor meal and won't return.

the JC2.Osaka Style Scrambled Egg Japanese Curry Rice was very weird. the eggs were not scrambled but fried, and had the jelly stuff maybe from the eggs or something else.
the matcha D03.Matcha Dessert Bowl is tiny and borin. Didn't see fresh, and i wouldn't order again.
