T4 is my #1 place to get boba. The Thai Milk Tea doesn't have the sickly sweet flavor that other places have and the boba is soft, but not too gooey. The Fried Cheese Sticks have incredible flavor where you can eat them without any sauce. The curly fries have a drizzle on them that is to die for. Everything I've tried here is great. Give it a try!

Basil Chicken is so good. Has a little bit of Spiciness too it that gives it great flavor. The Takoyaki is cooked perfectly every time. The consistency with the staff is by far the best I've ever experienced at a restaurant.

I order from this shop all the time, it's my favorite tea place and the only place I know about nearby to get Takoyaki . Just tried the Fried Lobster Balls yesterday and they were so good! I also thought the egg puffs were a good complement to the Taro Milk Tea I got but I don't think I would get them on their own or with a non milk tea. the chocolate flavor was very mild but it was pretty addictive to eat with the tea.

Grapefruit Royal Tea was recommended to me when I asked a guy at the store what the most refreshing drink is. Very good for that. I get it with aloe. Roasted Oolong Milk Tea is good too, I havent tried oolong before but it's nice hot or cold.

The Basil Popcorn Chicken with sauce is delicious. The boba however, is underwhelming. The boba is undercooked and hard to chew. It's a bummer because the top is sealed. So I had to break it open and pull out all the boba, which the fun part of the drink. :(
