Basil Popcorn Chicken no longer comes with basil. This affects the taste although the portion size is nice. Our drinks were great and we'd order the again, but the curly fries didn't taste fresh. So drinks were awesome but we're hesitant about ordering the food again. Even though T4 hasa great menu, across locations, the food has been hit or miss.

Taste is bland and barely any red beans. My last order had spoiled red beans so I had to toss.

This is the worse I've had. The squid was burnt, greasy and stale. Not fresh and was disgusting. The tofu is swimming in oil, soft and soggy. Waste of my money and I'm throwing it away. It's normally good. Not sure what happed.

Takoyaki was dry. I have ordered from them several times before and they were good. I don't know what happened because it's no longer the same. No sauce, they're dry and fish flakes are not even enough for 6 Takoyaki balls.

Chicken very soggy, so much uncooked boba in both drinks, fries were soggy and put in a paper bag that went thru instead of a box like the chicken. Ordered a smoothie n it's literally strawberry lemonade water.
