Everytime i order from the Wurzbach & I-10 location they get my orders right, it's always neatly packaged and they remember to include napkins, utensils, straws. Haven't had any bad experiences and even though it's taco bell the food itself is well cooked. Even when i request sauce packets they throw in a generous amount.

whoever worked tonight (Monday at midnight) is on point. I had a few add-ons. not a single thing was incorrect & everything was cooked & portioned perfectly. also plenty of napkins. maybe I'm delulu but the tacos even looked they do in photos lol. probably the best taco bell experience I've ever had. love u guys ❤️

They didn't put sauce in the box as requested in order. They charged $1.34 extra for steak and it had like 3 small pieces and a drop of sour cream hardly any cheese. It was basically all beans in a tortilla that was just folded and there was so much excess tortilla.

In order the 2 chicken chalupa supreme meal and when I received it there's what looked like mold on the chalupa wra. I was very nervous to eat the other chalupa as it may have come from the same package. The second chalupa had very little chicken / ingredients in it anyways.i played 22 dollars and only got 13 dollar refund which i am very disappointed with as well th whole meal should have been refunded

The food was good for Taco Bell standards, and I appreciated the way the food was wrapped and how the appearance was after being taken out of the package and wrapping. My children loved the Crunchy Tacos, Soft Tacos, and the Bean Burritos! The Dr. Peppers tasted crisp and sweet, and not flat or like the soda machine was long overdue for a cleaning or like there was low carbonation. Overall it was a good meal for fast food and this Taco Bell location!
