We ordered a Carne asada taco meal with nachos as the side, along with a Carne asada 3piece taco by itself and 2 Carne asada quesadillas. The carne asada meat on the tacos were greasy, was a little meat on the tacos which were burnt. Pico had bad smell so we threw it away. Don't recommend...bad business and this is the late night shift. May 2, 2026 11:54pm

The chips were browned to the point that they looked like they had been sitting for awhile. The dozen bean and cheese tacos were more so bean tacos with no cheese. Was few of them just had the taco insides splattered all over the foil and didn't make it into the tortilla.

The beans were so watery and nasty. There was hardly any meat or chips it was just a big thing of beans , the quesadilla was overcooked very toasted

We have eaten at Taco Cabana for years and have loved their food however the food quality hasn't been the same recently. The Bean and Cheese Chalupa had zero flavor like the beans weren't seasoned and the sodas we received had zero carbonation! Very disappointed!
