I am constantly ordering the chips and queso and I went to order some today. I got the half pint and I noticed it came in a larger bag and was heavier than usual but when I opened it I got extra chips and queso for free with a note saying "a free upgrade" made my day and my coworkers laughed as well!

the food itself was great, the problem is when u buy something u expect for the order to be the correct amount, size, etc. I love the nacho grande but the last couple times the orders were on the slim side!

Chicken Chimichanga was hot and fresh, but was lacking any sides or toppings mentioned in the menu. Potato Munchers were also hot and fresh but was givin ranch and I asked for Hot salsa. Taco Salad Grande was fresh. really wasn't great but wasn't bad and again lacking salsa that was requested.

cheese enchilada was way cold... asked for no black olives and still had them on my order and can never seem to get my ranch that I pay for even though I put in the special instructions for them to make sure it is in the order.

Chicken quesadilla was overcooked. I ordered a chili potato & didnt receive it. Was told they couldnt issue me a refund. The dasher wasnt helpful at all & said they tried contacting them to fix it but the number was out of service which wasnt true bc i was on the phone with taco factory while messaging my dasher. Terrible experience all the way around.
