KOREAN BBQ SHORT RIB ( GALBI) AND BBQ CHICKEN MUST TRY & BEST TASTY RAMEN IN TOWN ,REAL FOOD NEVER FROZEN , TRY KARA-MISO RAMEN , 24 HR TONKOTSU RAMEN ,VEGGIE TAN-TAN RAMEN , CURRY RAMEN ALL HOMEMADE…
Very good! Only thing is the gyoza got a little soggy and they werent as crispy (Obviously I know its from them being in the container and all the steam being trapped in it) but otherwise it had a lot of flavor to them and the shoyu egg was cooked to perfection with also a lot of flavor!

I was pleasantly surprised by the flavorful thin beef slices over rice! its been awhile since I've had a good beef bowl and this place certainly hits the spot! 10/10
It came with all the needes extras too! Oil, spices, and soy sauce to taste.
I'll definitely be placing more orders in the future!BEEF with rice BOWL ✔️

I've eaten here three times, the first time was good the second time was great and the third time was bad. Whoever cooks the noodles needs to start using a timer because the hardness is inconsistent every time. The thickness of the Tsukumen varies from rich and decadent to as thin as a regular ramen.
The price is also needlessly high. You can get Michelin Star ramen for way less money in CA. This restaurant nickel and dimes you up the wazoo.
Want a wedge of lemon like it like is traditionally served with tsukamen noodles? That will be $2.
Want an egg with your Ramen as is tradition in every ramen restaurant? $3 more.
Want a can of coke? $4.50.
Then they have the audacity of asking you to tip at least 18% when they don't actually have any waitors. They have a food runner that doesn't know any thing about the food and tells you to read the discription from the machine you order from.
Naw. Embarrassing.

The pork and broth were good. However, I think the noodles were a little small and could use more ingredients than just a very small piece of seaweed and a little garnish of green onion. For $25,I expect more.

Not even tryna be a hater I'm usually very positive and wanna support all businesses but this ramen tasted old like even the meat was weird and the noodles were super overcooked. I eat it because I was hungry and just needed subsistence but it really wasn't good. Below average for a ramen place. I would do better with an instant TONKOTSU RAMEN(the ones from Costco) but I will give it another try. Maybe something else is better but the 24 HOUR TONKOTSU CHASHU RAMEN wasn't IT. The spicy edumame wasn't very fresh either it was just okay. Some was over cooked and not very spicy but okay still.
