I really enjoy their Calamari Rings , & it’s 1 of my MOST FAVORITE “Go–To” Snacks...even for dinner. HOWEVER, the downside is their Price...even for a LOT of the Snacks there. It’s MORE EXPENSIVE that their Boba Drinks.
What’s more is that I would like to see is MORE VARIETY in their Boba Drinks. Embarrassing to say, but I had to order from another location just to order my Boba Drink. Let alone, I would LOVE for them to bring back their LARGER Size!
Overall, GREAT Quality in their products, but would like to see more changes: BOTH in Pricing & Variety.

A little shocked how small this $17 Stir Fried Broccoli Beef w/Rice is, we should have gone with our usual, fried snacks only. It tastes great at least, the tea and fish balls are great too, just sad its so little food for the cost.

We love Tapioca Express! Me and my coworkers order from the McKee and Jackson (San Jose) location 3-4 times a week. We love that there are many options to choose from. The food and drinks are fresh and the portion is generous. We also appreciate how they label and package each item. More importantly though the customer service is fantastic! Tonight we ordered 21 items (so I thought). After I paid, I realized that we forgot 2 drinks so I called them immediately and they were incredible and kind to add the 2 drinks.
Besides the food and drinks, we are repeat customers because of the great customer service.
Highly recommended this please!!

My all time favorite place to get Popcorn Chicken! Their 2nd spice level is perfect with the very juicy chicken. The portion size is perfect for a snack and I will definitely be ordering again :)

Jade Milk Tea with less ice had too big of a gap. Taste was good but diluted. Maybe they ran out of that certain tea or didn't brew enough?
Good amount of food for the fried tofu box. Toppings like boba had a fresh texture.
