Beef Brisket with Noodle Soup was slices of stewed tougher cuts of beef but quite tender. The herb, onions & sprouts went nicely with the very tasty noodle soup. Stir-Fried Shredded Potato tasty as usual. Never mushy. Would be nicer if there were more of the julienned green capsicum or red long chili.

Scrambled Egg with Chinese Chives came in a delicious & generous serve but the chives were stringy.
Stir-Fried Shredded Potato was tasty, interspersed with julienned capsicum.
Steamed Sticky Rice Chicken was an oddly small trio & chewy with very little chicken.
However, the Hot & Sour soup was super delicious with the spicy kick coming from peppercorn & not chili, as per tradition. Love it.

Prawn dumplings tasted fresh with a nice crunch from the bamboo shoot/water chestnuts. Singapore Noodles was a generous serve with a good amount of charsiew juliennes and broken pieces of king prawn plus a perfect amount of curry powder for the famed created piquancy.
The Dumplings in Hot & Sour soup had 10 pieces of large pork dumplings but it seemed the "hot" was from the chili oil, rather than the traditional pepper corns. On the oily side with an unexpected spicy heat to boot. Could taste the "balsamic" vinegar hit when the chili heat died down. Yum but won't be in the Hot & Sour soup next time!

Good value for money- large portions and tasty foods. Duck Meat Fried Rice was a little plain, but the rest was perfect and delicious!!

I had an average experience and there are a couple of reasons for that. The first reason is that both the dishes where too oily. I believe both the dishes could have been made with lesser oil and still tasted better. also the pork bun filling was quite less as compared to how big the shell was. I hope the owner takes this as a constructive feedback and I would like to order from here again as the menu is good and the prices are reasonable. thank you.
