Comfort food in big portions. I don't know why the Braised Eggplants with Minced Pork is NOT one of the most popular dishes. It's so good! The egplant is cooked down to a super soft texture. It's garlicky and saucy. The black bean beef Black Bean Beef Chow Fun (Rice Noodle) was really good too. The saltiness can vary from order to order, but overall, it's a dish we repeatedly order. If you want a little more crunch rather than the soft rice noodles, then the black bean beef chow mein is the way to go.

The bowl measures 9 inches across! Large portions make the price worth it. It was yummy too, I will be eating this bowl for lunch three days in a row lol

Bland white rice with no soy sauce. No pork in the pork fried rice hardly at all. Definitely not what is shown in the picture. The shrimp has soybeans mixed with snow peas. Im allergic to soybeans. They need to let the customer know if they are going to substitute because it can cause harm. The shrimp is extremely oily and too spicy.

Kung Pao Chicken was not light breaded, it was just chunks of skinless chicken in some kind of brown sauce, lacked the tangy, spicy, sweet flavor that most Kung Pao Chicken comes in. Salt n Pepper tofu was bland and again didn't taste like the typical salt n pepper flavor. Considering this place is more expensive than other Chinese restaurants in the area, this is not great value.

I grade them a "A-" I ordered crispy whole fish with garlic sweet and sour sauce was spectacular wished it was a tad sweeter more on the salty side.
the Pepper F.Mignon w/ Fresh Mushroom 黑椒蘑菇牛柳粒 was. phenomenal the Salt and Pepper Pork Chop 椒盐排骨 was disappointing not crispy at all.
