Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls were packed full and very filling.
Pickles and Peppers are the perfect mix. Good coating on them.

The boneless wings were, to my pleasant surprise, actual deboned chicken wings. The habanero sauce was pleasantly spicy and wasn't too sweet.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get to my order quickly, so my sides had gone stale. Despite this, they had a great flavor, so I'm excited to try them fresh when I order again.
Hooligan's is easy to dismiss as "just a fancy sports bar," but they've been a Rochester staple for decades. If you get the chance to stop by in-person, check out their beer list.

EVERYTHING WAS FRESH AND COOKED TO PERFECTION!!! Best wings in town!! Bone-in Buy Em by the Dozen "Our Parmesan" was a combo of Garlic Parm and Buff Mild sauce!

Chicken was so dry and over cooked. The ranch dressing in the same container with the wings and it spilled all over the chicken. Wont order again. Ordered Cajun barely any Cajun on the chicken. Just wasn't right. Chicken was hard.

I really paid almost $10 for 12 oz of plain white Rice. That's pretty sad. No seasoning. Nothing! The Grilled Zucchini and Squash is supposed to be seasoned with a vinegar base and there is nothing. Just plain char grilled, zucchini and squash. The only thing worth paying for was the chicken. I'm truly disappointed this time.
