Just moved to the area and I found my favorite place to get Shaved Ice. The banana and cream was delicious.

The corn is cup was as advertised. I left special instructions and they were followed which is always nice! I got the strawberry with cream for my daughter who enjoyed it thoroughly.
The sizes are worth the money and quite large. First time trying and we will definitely purchase again.

My son just made it home back from-overseas and we had the "RASPA" which we didnt know Dallas areas had the real raspas. They are literally sno-cones and hard. OMG we both had our FAV coconut,blue and white. It took us back to Padre Isl. cc,Tx days. Thank you SO MUCH for the amazing customer suppt.,and most ofall TASTE! So happy you r in the nbrhood...#frisco location

Horrible customer service.
I ordered through DoorDash and went to pick up my order. While the order not being ready was frustrating, that wasn’t even the worst part. The attitude from the employee helping customers was extremely rude.
There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no communication. When I told her I was there to pick up a DoorDash order, she barely looked at me and acted as if I was inconveniencing her just by asking about my order.
A simple “It’ll be ready in a minute” would have been enough. Instead, I was treated like I didn’t matter.
As someone who pays for your food and service, I expect basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below that expectation.
