The drink carrier was completely inadequate - it was too shallow and flimsy cardboard. I ended up spilling all over my clothes because of the unstable cups and holes in lids. Matcha was okay and not worth the $11.50 I paid. It was extra for coconut milk and rose syrup (which I couldn't taste) on top of a hefty $9.50 base charge.

I'm hoping this was a one-off but the jasmine tea was incredibly weak- you couldn't taste the jasmine, it was pale & like water so we tossed it. The Sencha was a little stronger & it was better. I'm sure these are premium teas & hopefully just a case of human error but I'm hesitant to try again after the company didn't respond to my email.

the Hong Kong style boba that my partner got was quite good, the 'lavender' tea I got was just almond milk with ice in it, no tea or flavor.

Sparkling Cinnamon Hibiscus is one of my favorites. I prefer it full sweet, but it is good half-sweet if youneed to cut your sugar
