When i order a drink with less ice i dont anticipate my drink to be filled with nearly 40% of the bottle. On top of that an option with no ice at all will cost a 1$ extra when ordered. I think this is just ripping off customers in the name of ice. Ihope this will change

I've been drink this Taro Milk Tea (With Pearls) for alot of time at this store and really love it for its pearls and milk tea and taro mouses.
However, this time it's really disappointed me with such hard-to-chew pearls. It was not cooked properly or has been in the fridge for too long and didn't cook again.
I'm sorry to give it a 3 this tome and hope it's can get better next time.
