The meal arrived in a carrabas bag... the chicken was not really seasoned at all, really bland and tasted just like store bought frozen reheated tenders and the fries were underwhelming. The sauce was okay. The cookie was a really weird consistency. Almost like a chips ahoy/biscuit. You can tell it's not fresh baked or anything, it might be frozen and the reheated as well. I should've read the reviews before buying :(

Food is totally fine for what it is but quantity and accuracy is always unpredictable and inconsistent with what's listed on the menu and what I get. Sometimes I get an extra cookie by mistake. Sometimes I don't get the cookies or sauces I order. Today I got 3 tenders instead of the 5 they offer with the meal. If things were better I'd order from here more often.

10 Tenders were plain and not hot, very small portions of fries and all but two sauces were missing. Very disappointing.
