I tried the #40 Massaman Curry this time. The only disappointment was that the potatoes were a little underdone. otherwise the dish was wonderful. The flavors were enchanting, and the portions were very generous — enough for two. The #3 Fresh Spring Rolls were large and packed with crisp veggies. For the curry, I went with "Thai Hot" and got the eye-watering heat level I was expecting. If you are not a true hot food aficionado, the regular "Hot" level is a safer bet. Once again, I will be back to try something else from the menu soon. Great place!

Amazing! Everything is hot & delicious. The sauce for the #1 Thai Egg Rolls is tangy & yummy. I like that the eggrolls aren't greasy and can tell they are fresh. The #26 Pad Thai is so flavorful. I got it at the "hot" level and it's just right for me. Mango Sticky Rice is nice. I have never had something like it before, but I like it. Overall, impressed & will certainly order here again!

Nice discovery! I had the #1 Thai Egg Rolls and #24 Pineapple & Cashew fried rice with squid. Preparation and flavors were excellent. Not much filling in the thickly-wrapped Thai egg rolls — I think I might go with the regular egg rolls or spring rolls next time. The #24 Pineapple & Cashew was a very ample serving, and the taste was excellent — very well balanced. The "hot" heat level, which I ordered, had a noticible burn but was not at all overwhelming. True hot food lovers will likely want one of the "Thai hot" levels. All in all, it was a very satisfying meal — I will definitely be back again soon.

I feel bad that I don't ever take pictures of the food but we seriously crush it as soon as it arrives. Thai Lake Charles is a monthly staple at our house. It's one of the few restaurants on DoorDash that always comes hot, flavorful, and a large portion! You can't go wrong ordering from here. Thank y'all

#27 Pad Se Ew, replaced egg with veggies, add tofu, medium spice (Cajun Spicy). It was anything but "ew." So good. Flavor was great. Perfectly saucy. The tofu was just right. Would definitely order again.
