The Mango Avocado Chopped Salad is one of my favorite salads from here and has just the right amount of ingredients and ratio. Delicious goodness in each bite and it has a kick to it, but not too spicy. Add a protein and it's a filling, complete meal. The quinoa kale patties or grilled shrimp are my favorite additions.

I hate to leave this review, the 401 is one of my go to restaurants, but today it was awful. The skillet Cast-Iron Chicken Pot Pie was unappetizing to look at and worse to eat. The "flaky " crust was soggy and unceremoniously stuck on top. I wish I could say it soaked up the delicious creamy filling, but there was barely any in the container. This also made the pie portion harder to eat as it was dry and tasteless -this experience could have been avoided by putting the topping in a separate container and an extra scoop of just the sauce
The mango was a main ingredient in two of the dishes and in the name of the dish- but it was flavorless-I would bet frozen, but if it is a main ingredient to a dish it should've been fresh and flavorful
Soups were marginal but Cambells would have been just as flavorful and cheaper
Lemon pasta got a thumbs up because it was the best of the worst, but iwould not order it again

I tried the vegetarian Power Bowl that was out of this world. It came with 2 kale and quinoa patties and a mixture of delicious roasted vegetables. Typically it comes served over rice, but I substituted cauliflower rice for a slight surcharge. It was all perfectly seasoned and portions were generous.

This was a pick up order as well as my first time trying the place. Wow! Great atmosphere, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, delicious food that isn't over priced. I absolutely recommend you try. Oh, and the Creamy Baked Potato Soup was an instant fave.
