Flowers are beautiful but we paid for the grand (most expensive option) and received a very petite arrangement. So disappointed as this is a gift for my mother's birthday. I've purchased the lowest tier before and received a larger arrangement!

What got delivered looks nothing like the picture. If I knew it was going to look that small I would have paid more for a bigger one. The picture specifically said it was the basic one. I've used door dash for flowers many times and Ralph's does a better job honestly. This was embarrassing.

I ordered the deluxe bunch for $30 extra it looks like a skimpy under $20 bouquet
I thought Bouqs had a reputation for upscale bouquets I feel totally ripped off for this bouquet and embarrassed that I sent these for a bday gift.
Very very underwhelming and thrown together in a pile unacceptable never again !

I usually upgrade most of my bouquets, and the difference is always noticeable. For this order, I added the deluxe upgrade, expecting something fuller and more impressive. But when it was delivered, it looked like an average-sized bouquet—no different from what you’d get at a regular store. Pretty disappointing for the price.
