Holy moly this spot is by far the best burger I've eaten since I've been here in Cleveland. From the burger and the fries that remain crispy even when they get cold. Love this spot.

I'm on to you Denny's! Ghost kitchen sorcery by using a misleading, and different brand name, when in fact it's just the same Denny's burger but with an inflated price tag! I'll be ordering the same thing only at a lower price by ordering from Denny's next time! The burger was okay, a bit dry and over cooked! Obviously over priced! lol

Bland and greasy. Couldn't taste anything other than grease and the brioche bun. Big bland beef patties topped with some Swiss and mushroom, didn't even have the sauce. Had high hopes given so many positive reviews, a swing and a miss! Total of 4 onion rings in which I was upcharged for. Definitely won't be ordering again!

Burger Den is Denny's. They take on a name, and charge more their food. I will not make that mistake again. The burger was dry, one pickle, a mushy tomato and no mayo when I requested it. I got 4 onion rings. Not 4 orders, just 4 individual onion rings. Just horrible.

The meal was$ 30.00 plus tip and this was the first time here. The Build Me Up Burger was hard to eat , the tomato was old and soupy and lettuce old , I ordered 2 slices of cheese I opened up the sandwhich didn't see none, like 2 sauté mushrooms lots of onion , the bun did not support the hamburger. Good they sent me ketchup . The pop was more medium then large the best part of the whole meal was a good fruit cup nice and fresh
