We had the double fun burger and the build me up burger. Both were juicy and flavorful. Highly recommended all around.

I had previously left a negative review, but I wanted to update it because things have improved a lot. The burgers are still extremely delicious, and they’ve definitely fixed the issue with the portion size of the fries—you now get a solid amount instead of a small serving.
Another big plus is that you can now order onion rings from the same location through DoorDash by selecting The Meltdown instead of The Burger Den. That means you can mix and match and get the best of both worlds in one order for pickup.
Overall, a much better experience this time around.

This was the worst burger I have ever had. I picked up the order, expecting fresh vegetables (lettuce, onions etc) and buns / patty. Everything was soggy, the lettuce looked like it was few days old, patty was uncooked and the bun was worse than burger king / mcdonalds bun. Never order from here unless you want to pay $13 for bad burger.

There were like 6 fries in the box. The dipping sauce was missing. They gave me the wrong drink. The flavor was bland. I loved the concept just not the end result. I wanted to love this but I will not order again the Mad for Mozza Burger was not even melted.

I ordered the triple Triple Cheeseburger Combo and the new New York Style Cheesecake. Fries were soggy, cheeseburger was missing tomatoes and was extra greasy, soda was missing, and the dessert they gave me was some kind of super sugary butterscotch pie.
This was definitely a miss for me.
