I usually have no issues with this location. Tonight however I was not impressed. The amount of fries is nothing compared to what I usually get. I asked for extra honey habanero and I didn't receive it. I did get the ranch. I'm used to the above and beyond with this location. I guess tonight wasn't my night.

the fingers were okay, not a fan of their honey bbq. they also did not toss my sandwich chicken, and the little container barely covered the 2 strips. Fries were good. I just had most of them stuck together. overall, it's not bad, but there is nothing to write home about.

The celery was mushy and the carrots were not carrot sticks the ranch wasn't used because the celery and carrots weren't edible. I will never order the celery, carrots again. The chicken tenders and honey mustard are fantastic and the funnel cake fries are too

This order was far better than the one I got the other day from Chicken Shack. This order was from The Chicken Shack, seems like a completely different chain. "The" makes the difference. Enjoyed eating this order.
