Portion size is awful. This is Texas but their "Hearty 3 meat plate" is made for a child. Save money and get better bbq at HEB

Food was ok. Honestly im not sure that a pit was ever involved in the creation of the meats we ordered.
Turkey was ok. Tender but nothing amazing.
Shredded beef. Just mid.
The beef rib was not tender at all. I swear it just cooked in an oven and was sent out.
For the price and quality, you would do better with Bill Millers

The portions of meat wre not that great. Very small. The brisket was dry, the pulled pork had the BBQ sauce on it and was not good. Mac and cheese and Potato Salad was so bland. Only good thing was the turkey and pickles.

Barely any meat in this platter. Hearty 3-Meat Combo Platter I got more potato salad than meat. The meat was dry and flavorless. you have to use sauce for any kind of flavor. the potato salad tastes like dill pickles and the beans were undrcooked and flavorless as well. 0 out of 10. So much for famous texas BBQ. total let down.
