Love this meal! Steak is primo, the yucca tender and just the right amount of vinegary onion on it. The baked beans are great at balancing out al the other great flavors.l

Never tried Dominican food, and I'm really glad I did. The Chicharrón was very moist and I really liked the thin pieces. The rice tastes perfect and almost buttery. That plantain thing is great in the sauce too. 1 order was basically 3 meals. Manje nice! Real Ting

Incredible flavor profile. Chicken is well seasoned without being over powering. The salad had just the right amount of dressing. Everything is fresh and flavorful. So yummy! Can't wait to try their other menu items as well. So incredibly good!

😲This is a must try spot in Bend. We were on our way home after an extended work/family trip and still had over an hour until home, were hungry, and it was 1130 at night.  We hate eating fast food on the road, but here is The Dominican, open, amazing helpful owner who gave us a sample of something we didn't order (Stew beef, & it was amazing!). Next up, The Chicharrón & Carne Frita plates portions are massive. You can tell they only use fresh ingredients and oils in their cooking! 10/10 we will be ordering again and soon!
