Great service and excellent quality, I sent paradise blooms flower bouquet , make wish birthday card , Ferrero Rocher Fine Hazelnut Chocolates Assorted (5.3 oz), Ghirardelli Squares Milk Chocolate with Caramel Filling (5.32 oz)for my daughter's birthday and it reached outside her house before she arrived, perfect timing and very fast service. I ordered a 24-rose bouquet for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day, hoping to surprise her with something beautiful. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The bouquet looked poorly arranged, as if it was thrown together in a rush without any care or passion. It didn’t feel professional at all.
To make matters worse, I paid for 24 roses but only received 12. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve ordered flowers for on DoorDash many times before, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I expected much better quality and service. Definitely not ordering from here again.

I ordered the Premium Red Rose Bouquet (12ct) at like midnight and it was at my girl's door within the hour and they looked great. To deliver that well was great, but at that time of night is amazing.
