the flowers were all wilted and ugly looking for my Valentine's Date, cost me $60 and it didn't even come with a vase

I ordered 2 dozen mixed roses bouquet and they shorted me a dozen. After paying over $100 by the time I tipped the dasher I have one dozen roses. I called the store and filled a complaint through DoorDash and neither will refund even a portion of the money. If I paid for two dozen roses I should get two dozen roses. If I get one dozen roses that's all I should pay for. Very disappointed in the florist and DoorDash.

Omar did amazing job. Was on time and went above and beyond by handing the flowers I ordered. Highly recomend him and the Premium Red Rose Bouquet (12ct) to anyone looking for quality product and quality service.

Flowers were rotting and falling apart, several stems had to thrown out entirely. Worst bouquet I've ever ordered. So disappointed. Packaging was nice glass vase lovely.
