This was honestly very disappointing. I normally do not write reviews but I didn't want this to happen to anyone else. I was ordering flowers for my mom for valentines because she is ill and at a rehabilitation center trying to get better so I thought what better way than with flowers. I went on the sight saw this beauty bouquet of flowers and thought that's great for mom and then I added ballon's. Well first the ballon's never arrived, and then I had to send photos to prove they didn't arrive, but the facility staff was kind enough to do this for me, and then to top it off, once I saw the photos of the flowers I was so upset. They look nothing like the advertisement. It looked like they just threw together some old roses that no one wanted ( you can see the browning on the petals) absolutely disappointed. So if anyone is not in the immediate area like me I am in Florida and am sent this to Long Island, don't purchase from this store you will only be disappointed and as I payed almost $90 this was definitely not worth it. I did get a refund for the ballon's that never arrived but still not worth the $60 for the poor roses delivered. Extremely disappointed! Whom ever did this arrangement should be ashamed of themselves!

The Deluxe Red Rose Bouquet (24ct) and Glass Bella Vase – Clear 8.75” were amazing. The quality, smell and longevity of the roses are worth every penny, theyre still opening and going strong.

I understand Mother’s Day is an especially busy day, and I appreciate the effort involved. However, I placed this order the day before specifically for a 10–11 AM delivery window, and it did not arrive until around 12:30 PM. I’m also not sure whether the delay was caused by the flower shop, the dasher, or a combination of both, so I don’t want to place blame unfairly. The flowers themselves were fine, but the timing was disappointing given the occasion and the advance notice.
