Every time I order it's perfect. The noodles are always al dente and bouncy. The perfect amount of meat and veggies, I always ask for extra cilantro because I like it. Do yourself a favour if you are a noodle person and order from this place.

I really don't wanna write this review because I really love this place but I can always tell when they either change the cook or they don't follow the old recipe. I was having a bad day so I decided to do one thing that makes me have a good day, which was order my favorite bowl of soup. The spice flavor was supposed to be medium. It seemed like it was very low, the meat was very tough. I couldn't eat like four pieces of it so that was a waste, also the broth was just not how it usually is. Generally, I will give them a five out of five cause it hits every single time and maybe the chef was having a bad day I don't know, but this just disappointed me when I was already having a bad day myself. I will still order from here, but it's just it didn't taste like it's supposed to taste.I didn't finish it, but I will say that the noodle ratio was more than I've ever had.

cucumber woodear salad was not as depicted, which is fine. but also it was not good.
the bao sliders are extremely small not worth the price. Taste-wise they're okay.
Would probably opt for other menu items

The food was absolutely delicious! Generous portions and the Beef & Cilantro Dumplings were soooo good. New favorite spot!

So far I am borderline obsessed with the foods I've ordered ~ Trad. Stir Fry with the hand pulled long noodles, and the wonton soup, vegan. Even the side of Sauteed Broccoli and the side of sautéed kale is seriously good.
