No sticker tape to hold lid on. No straw as ordered. No napkins. No chocolate beans. Spilled all over soon as handed to me. But they made me a new one. Taped with straw like they need to be. Latte Breve was delicious.

I usually get coffee elsewhere but I decided to try here. We thought the muffin tops were way too sweet. The coffee was OK but I ordered 20 oz and it came in a 16 oz cup. (I measured)

This "cold brew coffee" was almost pure milk. I added some chocolate and there was way too much. I get door dash like twice a year and I'm home with an injury so this was pretty disappointing.

I ordered a latte which was great. Ordered lemon cake, but didn't recieve that. Received some poppy seed baked good. I cannot eat seeds. Disappointed they couldn't ask about a substitute. Driver was great.

The people that work here are great! They dont ever mind customizing your order. It would be nice if there was an option to get the drink "slightly less sweet", and option to add whipped cream on top- in the online menu. The drinks here are great but due to blood sugar issues I def enjoy slightly less sweet. Thank you human bean staff!
