We're not usually in Junction very often but when we are we usually grab some coffee from The Human Bean. The Everything Bagels were on point, perfectly toasted. I really appreciate the cream cheese coming in a separate container for me to portion control out too! The egg Egg Bites were cooked just right and tasted great, not too salty or rich! I'm a bit of a coffee snob and the Cold Brew Coffee scratched that itch just right, wasn't burned tasting like a lot of other cold brews tends to be. My wife loves their Chai Latte too, we're probably going to get the same order tomorrow morning!

The Chai Latte is delicious dont get me wrong, but I ordered a shot of espresso and it wasn't in there. For how small the Chai Latte is, the price is a little steep, especially after adding an extra shot that isnt there. I also expected the chai flavor to be a bit stronger.

I don't always choose the human bean coffee but their Java Chip is always my go-to and they came out with the new pumpkin sauce to go with it. It is so good and I wish I could have a hundred of them!

I love human bean but wasnt a huge fan of the sausage bagel. I usually get their jalepeno biscuit but its on the spicy side. I think they forgot the espresso in my chai latte cause it tasted like mostly milk, the espresso did not come through.
