This was my first time ordering from The Human Bean and I'm giving it 3 stars. The Chai Latte was delicious, as well as the Egg Bites . However, I was disappointed in the Americano . It arrived lukewarm and I am not very far away. For all the flavoring I added, it just tasted like plain coffee and I had to add Splenda to it. The Bacon, Gouda & Egg Ciabatta was good after I added salt and pepper ( there wasn't any seasoning on it). It was good, but really small Egg and obviously just 1 bacon strip cut into 2. It was mostly bread. Even though the ciabatta bread was delicious, it's not a good value for the money, due to it's small size and small quantity of fillings. The Muffin Tops is a good size( didn't try it yet, so can't comment on taste). Sorry this is so long, but I will give this restaurant another try in the future and see if it's any better the second time around.

Everything was perfectly cooked and blended, you could taste the banana in the smoothie and the strawberry didnt give it an odd texture because of the seeds, the bagel was filling and the sausage added a sort of kick to the flavor, not only that but it arrived completely in tact and the cheese melted perfectly.

Freshly Brewed Coffee with heavy cream and extra sweet is excellent when hot (I don't like old coffee). Really great taste, not bitter or weak. This is my favorite now, better than Starbucks sunsera blonde roast with splash of vanilla sweet cream and sugar in the raw, my previous favorite.
I don't think extra sweet is too sweet but I wish we could specify amount of sugar.

Freshly Brewed Coffee was barely warm. I want my hot coffee hot. It had excellent flavor though . I suspect it was made ahead of the sandwich and left on the counter because the sandwich was much warmer than the coffee. Maybe if it had been an $8 specially coffee instead of $5 regular coffee with cream and sugar more was cold care would have been taken.
Sausage & Egg Maple Waffle Sandwich is very good. Arrived hot even though dasher had a previous stop. I don't believe dasher was the reason my coffee was just barely warm.
Flavors good enough here that I haven't given up but please, hot coffee needs to be hot.

I ordered a 12oz and a 20oz. Why are the cup and drink levels the same?! Sandwich is good, drinks are good as well.
