I have attempted 5 × 2 order from the impossible shop. They absolutely never ever. Never ever get your order correct. Something is always missing or it's cold or when they're out of buns. Or bread? They substituted with dinner rolls for hamburgers, which come soggy. It's really disappointing because the food has a good taste, but the presentation end the customer service and the inability to get it accurately based on what you ordered is completely unacceptable. I ordered chili cheese fries. And they arrived with no chili for the third time. I kept trying to give them a chance, but I'm done this. Is it I would Not recommend them to you unless you're going in and can stand over them while they prepare your order
