Sandwich was crispy and delicious and oh so buttery. Would definitely order again. Thank goodness I have ketchup and hot sauce at work cause none come in the bag

*Two* orders of fries totaled 27 fries (half of them small chunks) and 110g total (i.e., under 4oz. - for *two* orders) and they were overcooked *and* cold, crunching like a stale potato chip.
This is not the first time I've had issues - especially with the fries. When their items are properly made, they're very good, but it's basically a coinflip whether you'll get something properly made or fries that snap in half and a "melt" that is literally just bread & unmelted cheese (and that's to say nothing of the multiple times they've left entire items missing).

The portion was extremely low. The bread was stale and it tasted bland. I've ordered here before and it was good but this time was awful. Don't know what happened.

Fountain drink was awesome but sandwich was sparse. Two small pieces of meat and cheese was just a spot on the bread.

Order missing onion rings, requested ketchup and utensils and extra napkins, also missing.
Menu did not say that the sandwich had bacon on it but it does. Also says it has bar sauce but it came with 1000 island dressing. Sandwich was thrown together in a sloppy way.
Total waste of time and money. Contacted Door Dash and received a 100% refund.
