This was a really good sandwich ! Lots of meat, great cheese and some tasty and properly grilled bread. I'll definitely order again.

Ahh, the best cheese sandwich ever. Generous with the cheese, perfectly grilled, and the onion rings taste like an onion rings shout. Ordering again today!

The melt was missing the cheese & the onions were bitter not sweet & bread was just regular bread not as described in menu. Lastly, the fries a bit too soggy. Oversall, not at all happy with the meal especially for the price.

I ordered the Hot Mess Melt-Combo with onion rings and a Diet Coke. When the order was delivered, Elisandro (the driver) told me that they were out of diet Coke and Coke Zero. They substituted for reg Coke which I cannot drink. So, the Hot Mess was good as were the onion rings. Disappointed with the drink which I paid for and did not receive.

Food was so chewy it made me gag. Not palatable. Go elsewhere. Only thing I was about to eat was the fries and bread from the sandwich. Left the "brisket tips" in the box. They must get an abomination of meat and microwave it. Said it would take 20 minutes and took over an hour for microwave garbage. Save your money.
