Sandwiches had a great texture. Not a lot about the sandwich to be melted, though. The meat in my sandwich was delicious. There wasn't much cheese.

Ordered cucumber salad as side and was extremely disappointed... $3-4 for just two little dressing holders maybe one whole cucumber slice was in it... cut into 1/4s...

the melts here are the best, this one is my favorite. Lots of cheese, always cooked perfectly. the fries are great too. arrived fresh.

Got the Giddy Up Melt - Combo cuz I was starving and figured it would be super filling. Maybe it was foolhardy of me to expect tender, juicy pork burnt ends on a huge, cheesy sandwich at 2 in the morning. That's not what I got. The bread was good, and the cheese was tasty. But the pork was dried out and chewy. Maybe it's just cuz it's late. But it's not like it got cheaper. For a "melt" I'd say there was a very light amount of cheese. Fries were decent. The safety tape they put on my drink was annoying. Mostly, I just didn't think it was worth the cost.

Honestly just a great brisket grilled cheese sandwich. Amazing brisket, great toasted sourdough and good quality cheese. Highly recommend, wish i tried this place sooner
