The Hot Mess Melt was very good. Brisket was tender and the caramelized onions added to the flavor. One thing I would warn about is the amount of fries you get. If you want to get the fries I would suggest ordering 2.

the meltdown has always been a good early morning breakfast for me, the Hittin' Snooze Melt - Combo is my go to, good quality sandwich, fries can be a little lackluster in terms of portions but make up for it with taste! always something i come back to and get

Giddy up melt and hot mess melt were both barely warm and very oily. They lacked freshness and did not look like the sandwiches pictured on the website. The both appeared to plopped together without regard to spreading the ingredients evenly.
The fries were undercoked and barely warm.
Portion sizes were fine but with all the other negatives I won't order from here again.

Got the Giddy Up Melt at 1am. It was bussin! Gotta try their other sandwiches. Bread was toasted perfectly (crispy) and fries came to me still hot and crispy. Yet again I live close by so the drive was not long.

I always order the Giddy Up Melt combo. However, on this last order, aside from taking too long despite requesting express shipping and the package and soda coming wet, the sandwich was undercooked, which took away from the signature flavor of the dish. Other than that, the soda always seems to be filled more with soda than the cola flavor itself. I really hope this experience is only a one time thing.
