by far one of the best sandwiches I've ever had,the meat was so tender,and the bread was buttery and good,the French fries were delicious also ,I just loved my meal 😋😋

I paid $4 for an order of fries. the box was mostly empty (looked like they could've been snacked on, due to the amount of grease staining on the container vs the amount of fries in the box), the fries were cold, they were unseasoned, and many of them were undercooked.

I love the food, but for $18, you short me on the fries every single time. It's ridiculous how little fries you put in the container. I pay the same price at Penn Station and get a whole bag of fries in addition to the ones in the container. not asking for that much but not asking to be shorted either.

Hot mess barely had any meat on it and the giddy up melt meat was so burnt you couldn't even chew it. Poor quality and would not order again

It arrived crushed, which may not be a problem with the restaurant, but still sucks. The main problem is that it looked nothing remotely close to the pictures. There was meat on the edge of the bread where it was sliced that covered the space of a couple quarters. The cheese was clearly an unmelted slice of Kraft American cheese. Don't expect what you order to look like the pictures in the slightest.
