definitely the best brisket in the area, which is kinda sad for the other companies. But the brisket here is very flavorful and tender, nice crust. the sandwich itself was good on top of that Giddy Up Melt

$16 for the sandwich alone , the amount of meat they put was so little they barely put anything , I mainly tasted bread a plain bread not even a good type of bread , it was definitely not worth the money spent

The fried chicken sandwich was good. They are stingy with the French fries. My other half ordered the Giddy up melt, with the brisket and was disappointed. it was very dry and tough and didn't have much meat on it.

I got the Giddy Up Melt - Combo but the brisket was burnt and there was hardly any BBQ sauce on it. To top it off there was like 4 or 5 pieces in the sandwhich. Maybe like one or two big pieces and the rest small. I was not satisfied with my meal.

The melts were basically dry, had one small drop of sauce, meat was barely present on one. Zero effort was put into assembling these melts.
