Although Gonella's is always my favorite I only had one problem with my last order! I ordered 2 8 layers and I received 6 layers instead! I understand they maybe busy at lunchtime so it's a honest mistake & the first time it's ever happened! I still will continue to purchase them awesome subs!!!

I am usually a huge fan of Gonella's, but this time the capicola was impossible to bite through let alone chew on both sandwiches. We pulled the offending slices out and it was like half the sandwich. Very bummed as this is the first time it's ever happened.
