Impossible spot. 75% of the time they cancel the order because they run out of all their ingredients. I've even started to call ahead of my order to confirm they had the ingredients only to order 15 min later and them cancel because they 'ran out' again - that's really efficient buying I get it, but it's also a great way to discourage future sales. Last order we got the paletas were only half dipped and with half the pistachios. Just overall so inconsistent, I was hoping to order the Dubai Chocolate Strawberries weekly as a special treat but this has become such a pain to order here I will just buy popsicles at the grocery store from here on out :(

Unfortunately the strawberries used were beyond ripe/ way too old and expired it really ruined the flavor of the dish :( for $21 it's a disappointment as last time I ordered it, it was DELICIOUS. I will order again but just hope they use fresher fruit next time.

2 of the fruits were missing from my Fruit Cup / Copa de Frutas, but that chocolate that I added was EPIC. Not pleased that I didn't get what I ordered, but I will still order again. Communication from the Paleta bar was good, but could have let me know they were sending my order without those 2 fruits.

My fresas con crema was more of a banana with milk. Only got 4 fresas didnt taste the coconut and barely any almonds at the very bottom, the sweeten milk was overflowing. Open the cup and it spilled all over.
