Pancakes were a little dark but still delicious. Surprisingly fresh given they traveled a couple of suburbs. Didn't receive butter or utensils, which I selected, but no biggie

Deluxe Fries were less than a half portion of in store, had no cheese and were cold and soggy.
Raspberry and Rhubarb Pancakes were smaller than kid size and burnt! Half the amount of sub-standard food for way too high a price - won’t be ordering again.

Inconsistent. Every time i order is different quantity and quality for every dish. Luck of the draw if it's good or not. Sometimes big thick fluffy pancakes, sometimes tiny burnt ones, sometimes the chicken strips are moist and a generous portion and others its the size of less than my palm. Today pancakes were good but chicken was sorely lacking.

When order is a delivery, can attention be given to pack the hot buttered walnuts and banana to be kept separate rather than putting inside the same box as the pancake. Also do not pour maple syrup in the pancake as it makes it soggy after 50 min of delivery time. Was disappointed in the packing of it.
