This restaurant is just the west chester diner masquerading as a boutique pancake restaurant. The food looked nothing like the photos and was disgusting. Strawberry pancakes were actually three rubbery buttermilk pancakes with some strawberries and strawberry sauce slopped on top. The sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was a greasy omelet folded between the two sides of a stale English muffin. No redeeming qualities on any items that we ordered. We all ate just enough to not be hungry but threw most of it away. Also it was sooooo expensive! $8.99 for a side of four strips of bacon? TINY and greasy strips of barely cooked bacon. And it took 80 minutes! Don't eat here!!!

potatoes were bland and seasoned. no ketchup provided. Chocolate Chip Buttermilk Pancakes are dry, hard and rubbery with either not cooked or burnt chocolate chips. portion was fine. Will not be ordering again.

Food was ok, I didn't like the fact that I paid 6 dollars for a half a cup of apple juice in a small 120z cup...I won't do that again but overall food was ok....not sure if I would order from here again

The Mozzarella Sticks were good, but a little bit greasy. I wish I knew they only came with 5. The French Fries were nice and crispy, yet soft on the inside. The Carrot Cake was good, but some people may not love the fact that it had raisins and shredded carrots. Overall, I was satisfied with my midnight snack (hunger is the best spice) and would order again as my hunger was satiated at a low price.
